At APERITIVOS CASTILLO we make our products only from raw materials from authorized meat factories and duly approved by our Quality Department, in order to offer the maximum guarantees to the consumer from the point of view of quality and food safety.
From the outset, our company decidedly committed to the implementation of the self-control system based on APPCC principles, a step after the correct development of the previous hygiene and traceability plans. Following this line and in a process of continuous improvement, we are certified in the IFS Version 7 food safety protocol.
The company’s quality policy is inspired by offering the consumer a product that presents the maximum guarantees from any point of view, being particularly important the innocuousness and safety of the same, in addition to developing a production process that respects the environment.
Our company is a member of the Association of Meat Industries of Valencia (AICV) and since 2012 it has been included in the official FACE list of foods suitable for celiacs.
